Shifter 
The FS3004-01 ku band frequency shifter converts signals from the monitor point on power amplifiers to a frequency which can be displayed on an L band spectrum analyser. The unit is connected to the monitor point of a power amplifier and applies a frequency conversion of 13.6GHz so that the monitored signal is converted to 400-900MHz (depending upon the transmit frequency). This signal is added to the L band signals from the LNB (950-1700MHz) for routing into the equipment room and for display on an L band spectrum analyser.
